ROSE FAQ'S/TERMS & CONDITIONS
-
We grow roses taken from cuttings in our rose gardens on the farm. We propagate from early spring through late fall depending on weather conditions. This is an intense endeavor, but one that we love deeply. With many rose vendors who have stopped shipping, we really want to provide our rose friends with high quality own root roses. These roses are on their own roots and not grafted. We are a registered and inspected nursery with the Washington State Department of Agriculture and licensed to sell plants
-
Our roses are "band size" roses. They are grown in band size pots approximately 3x6 inches. They are considered juvenile roses which are anywhere from 8-12 months old. Sometimes we will list larger sized and older roses which will be noted in the rose descriptions
-
Not all varieties of roses grow the same. Some varieties are slower to grow than others. Please take this into consideration when ordering. Roses may not ship all at the same time. We reserve the right to cancel and refund in case of inventory shortage. We grow band roses for rosarians that can take care of them properly. If you are not a patient person, then we may not be the right grower for you
-
We are a small scale flower farm that also sells dahlia tubers in mid-winter. Dahlia tubers and roses MUST be purchased separately. Any orders containing dahlia tubers and roses will be cancelled. Please select appropriate shipping for your order of either roses or dahlia tubers
-
You can place multiple orders. We will combine your orders this season from the website and refund any excess shipping costs if applicable at the time of shipment. Unfortunately, we cannot combine orders from our Etsy store. We cannot combine orders purchased on the website with orders purchased on Etsy

We can only cancel an entire order within 24 hours after the order is placed. In the event a cancellation is authorized per customer request, a $10 per rose cancellation fee will be charged

Our roses are shipped through USPS, FedEX, and UPS. We take great care in packaging our roses so they reach you in a safe and timely manner and in good condition. Shipping is a process as we are a small operation and your patience is appreciated. We hope to have all orders shipped by the end of May
