ROSE FAQ'S/TERMS & CONDITIONS
-
We grow roses taken from cuttings in our rose gardens on the farm. We propagate from early spring through late fall depending on weather conditions. This is an intense endeavor, but one that we love deeply. With many rose vendors who have stopped shipping, we really want to provide our rose friends with high quality own root roses. These roses are on their own roots and not grafted. We are registered with the Washington State Department of Agriculture and licensed to sell plants
-
Our roses are "band size" roses. They are grown in band size pots approximately 3x6 inches. They are considered juvenile roses which are anywhere from 8-12 months old. Sometimes we will list larger sized and older roses which will be noted in the rose descriptions
-
Not all varieties of roses grow the same. Some varieties are slower to grow than others
-
We are a small scale flower farm that also sells dahlia tubers in mid-winter. Dahlia tubers and roses MUST be purchased separately. Any orders containing dahlia tubers and roses will be cancelled. Please select appropriate shipping for your order of either roses or dahlia tubers

You can read our customer reviews on our Etsy store here
-
You can place multiple orders. We will combine your orders this season from the website and refund any excess shipping costs if applicable at the time of shipment. Unfortunately, we cannot combine orders from our Etsy store. We cannot combine orders purchased on the website with orders purchased on Etsy
-
Our roses are shipped through USPS, FedEX, and UPS. We take great care in packaging our roses so they reach you in a safe and timely manner and in good condition. Sometimes roses will arrive defoliated. But do not worry, the leaves will grow back within 2-3 weeks and sometimes sooner, depending on the time of year. Roses are a marvel at regeneration
-
We do have farm pick-up which you can choose at checkout. Pick up times and location will be emailed to you when your roses are ready. It is always wonderful to meet our fellow rose growers in person!
-
All orders and Pre-orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement. After 24 hours orders cannot be cancelled. When you place an order, these terms and conditions are in your agreement. As a small scale flower farm, having a pre-order sale for the following season is quite common and helps your local farm in the off season. Our band roses are cared for continuously all year
-

If your rose is damaged in shipping, you have 24 hours to notify us of the damage. Pictures are required. You will receive a credit for the damaged rose. If multiple orders of roses keep arriving damaged to your address, and you want refunds for said orders, we will no longer be able to ship roses to your address and no refunds will be issued
-
If you receive a mislabeled rose, we will send you the correct rose. If that rose is not in stock, we will issue you a credit for another rose. We are very careful to make sure tags stay with each rose but sometimes a mislabel happens
-
Finally, and it is sad to have to even include this, but there are so many people that are passionate about roses. And this is a great thing. But when that passion turns to aggression, harassment, threats, or hateful language towards anyone at the farm, it will not be tolerated. If this happens, any orders placed will be cancelled per our terms and conditions and any future orders will be blocked
