"TANGERINE DREAM" Dahlia tuber

This orange and white bi-color beauty produces about 3 and 1/2 inch blooms on a 5'tall plant. Although a bit slow to bloom ( but not as slow as cafè au lait) she is definately worth the wait. Blooms remind me of orange sherbert dixie cups. Truly delightful dahlia!
